These agencies help R3 Community Services by providing preferential employment placement and assistance, housing assistance, and many other services to help ensure that our clients have the support and foundation needed for success.
At Seattle Central College’s Seattle Vocational Institute (SVI) you can get on the fast track to your career. We offer short-term career training that will prepare you for in-demand jobs. In addition, we can help you finish high school or build the basic skills needed to begin training or prepare for employment.
Apprenticeship & Non-Traditional Employment for Women (ANEW) was founded in 1980 by women dedicated to improving access and advancement into non-traditional career paths. It is among the oldest pre-apprenticeship programs serving women in the nation.
The Glover EmpowerMentoring Program-G.E.M. is a community based nonprofit organization that offers mentoring to young men in an around Kent WA and South King County. Working together with the City of Kent, King County and other various community based organizations G.E.M. seeks to provide mentoring, academic tutoring, and life skills.
Workforce Development for the Western District of Washington is dedicated to providing career assistance to U.S. Pretrial and Probation clients in obtaining meaningful employment, thus improving the likelihood of job retention and reducing the rate of recidivism.
